1. Purpose & scope of collection

Mế Farmstay collects only the information needed to handle bookings and provide services:

• Full name;
• Phone / Zalo number;
• Email address;
• Booking details: dates, room type, number of guests, special requests.

The website mefarmstay.vn does not collect data through automated forms; information is provided voluntarily by guests when booking via phone, Zalo, email or the online booking page.

2. How we use your information

• Confirm and manage bookings and service requests;
• Contact and support guests before, during and after their stay;
• Handle changes, refunds and complaints;
• Send offers only when the guest agrees to receive them.

Mế Farmstay does not sell or trade guests' personal information for commercial purposes.

3. Retention period

Personal information is kept only as long as necessary to serve the guest and as required by law. Guests may request deletion of their information at any time via the channels in section 7.

4. Third parties with access

• The KiotViet management & booking system (Mế's online booking platform);
• Banks, when guests transfer deposits or payments.

Otherwise, Mế Farmstay only shares personal information with third parties upon a lawful request from a competent state authority.

5. Your rights

• Check, update and correct your personal information;
• Request that Mế stop using and delete your information;
• Complain if your information is used beyond the stated purpose.

Requests are handled within 24–48 hours via the channels in section 7.

6. Data security

Mế Farmstay applies reasonable measures to protect guests' information from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS) and does not store any bank-card information.
