Our only official channels are the website mefarmstay.vn, the fanpage fb.com/MeFarmstay and the hotline/Zalo +84 815 100 999.

2. General transaction conditions

  • Eligibility: individuals aged 18+ or organisations wishing to use Mế Farmstay's services.
  • Prices: room and service prices are listed on the website and the online booking system, including items stated for each room type (breakfast, water, tea, coffee, wifi). Prices may vary by season and weekend; the price applied is the one confirmed at the time of booking.
  • Check-in / out: check-in from 2:00pm, check-out by 12:00 noon; free luggage storage outside these hours when rooms allow.
  • House rules: no smoking inside the wooden rooms; quiet after 10:00pm; supervise children near the stream, pond and stilt-house upper floor; pets in rooms require management's consent.

3. Booking & confirmation process

a) Online booking

  • Visit bookhotel.kiotviet.vn/mefarmstay, choose dates, room type and quantity.
  • Enter your details (name, phone, email) and submit the request.
  • Mế confirms availability and the total cost by phone/Zalo or email.
  • Pay the deposit to hold the room; Mế confirms your booking is secured.

b) By phone / Zalo

Call or message +84 815 100 999. After receiving the deposit, Mế confirms the held room within 30 minutes.

A booking is only successfully confirmed once the deposit is paid and you receive confirmation from Mế Farmstay.

4. Payment policy

  • Deposit: 50% of the booking value holds the room; the balance is paid at check-in.
  • Methods: bank transfer to the Pá Mế Cooperative account — no. 078210859999, LPBank (VietQR code on the Stay policy page); or cash / direct transfer at Mế on arrival.
  • Currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND).
  • Card security: Mế Farmstay does not store any bank-card information on the website.

5. Changes, refunds & cancellation

  • Date changes: tell us as early as possible; we prioritise rescheduling subject to availability, with no change fee.
  • Cancellation & deposit refund: 7+ days before check-in — 50% of the deposit refunded; 3–7 days — 30% refunded; within 3 days, or bookings for Saturdays and public holidays / Tết — the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Force majeure (natural disaster, epidemic, serious transport disruption): both parties discuss directly to reschedule or refund fairly.
  • Refund time: within 5–7 working days of agreement, to the account you provide.

6. Complaint resolution

  • Channels: phone/Zalo +84 815 100 999 · email mefarmstay@gmail.com · or in person with management at Mế.
  • Response time: within 24–48 hours of receiving the complaint.
  • Principle: both parties prioritise good-faith negotiation; unresolved matters are settled under Vietnamese law by the competent authority.
